CHIEF CYBERSECURITY AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
Responsibilities:
- Information security planning;
- The record of the security mechanisms and instruments, control of operation, revision, development and updating thereof;
- Maintaining information security at the appropriate level, using available tools and acting in accordance with the information standards and norms approved by the bank;
- Ensuring staff periodic training in the security of information technologies;
- Keeping under strict control the possible threats, dangers and vulnerabilities;
- Elaboration and presentation for approval to the competent bodies the methods and procedures of information security;
- Completion of the norms in force and elaboration of new ones that would maintain the security of the information technologies at the necessary level;
- Control of full application of the information security policy norms by all bank employees and third parties;
- Control of the classification of information and its correspondence to the security policies and norms;

ŞEF OFICIU INFRASTRUCTURĂ ŞI TELECOMUNICAŢII
Responsabilităţi:

- Monitorizarea, dezvoltarea şi îmbunătăţirea proceselor de lucru asociate cu infrastructura internă;
- Gestionarea tuturor resurselor de reţea, inclusiv acţiunile de mentenanţă, inventariere, şi documentare;
- Crearea şi monitorizarea acţiunilor legate de back-up, alerte, accese şi securizări;
- Gestionarea și asigurarea unei bune funcționalităţi a tuturor echipamentelor de rețea, (inclusiv routere, switch-uri, hub-uri, UPS-uri etc.);
- Planificarea şi coordonarea acţiunilor de instalare a acestora (in-house şi remote);
- Administrarea şi monitorizarea canalelor de legătură, analizarea lor în vederea optimizării permanente;
- Testarea continuă a capacităţii sistemelor de reţea prin furnizarea de statistici şi rapoarte şi dezvoltarea strategiei pentru o mai bună performanţă;

Cerinţe faţă de candidat:

- Studii superioare tehnice şi experienţă în domeniu de minim 5 ani;
- Experienţă relevantă în managementul echipelor (minim 3 ani);
- Cunoaşterea limbii engleze la nivel avansat (oral, scris);

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out the internal audit activities according to the internal methodology and international standards;
- Evaluation of the internal control system of the audited subdivision;

- Elaboration and presentation of a report related to the errors found with the inclusion of the evidence;

ASISTENT BANCAR
Responsabilități:

- Analizarea si evaluarea dosarelor clienţilor;
- Participarea activă la aprobarea dosarelor;
- Oferirea suportului pe parcursul procesului de vânzare (iniţierea, consolidarea şi fidelizarea relaţiilor comerciale, negocierea condiţiilor, etc);
- Colaborarea cu Managerii Relatii cu Clientii pentru imbunătăţirea activităţii;
- Promovarea serviciilor bancare şi a imaginii Băncii în activitatea zilnică;
- Pregătirea contractelor, acrodurilor.

Cerințe față de candidat:

Candidate specification:

- Higher technical education;
