The International Charity Bazaar has reached its 26th edition, bringing together in a festive atmosphere diplomatic missions, national and international organizations, local entrepreneurs, and participants dedicated to the common good. As the main sponsor for the third consecutive year, EXIMBANK continues to demonstrate its commitment to the community and ESG values (environmental, social, and governance).
The International Charity Bazaar is one of the most significant events of its kind in the Republic of Moldova. A day filled with cultural diversity, attractive stands, artisanal products, and international delicacies brings together dozens of entities sharing the same noble purpose: raising essential funds to support humanitarian causes.
As subsidiary of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, EXIMBANK reaffirms its leadership role in supporting social initiatives. “For us, involvement in such projects is not just a responsibility but also an opportunity to actively contribute to the well-being of the community,” bank representatives stated.
This year, the bank expanded its contribution by providing exhibition space to two local entrepreneurs specializing in children’s products. Their stand became a highlight for attending families, showcasing the creativity and talent of small and medium-sized businesses.
Funds raised during the bazaar will be directed to organizations supporting children with disabilities and their families, as well as young patients battling leukemia. Access to essential medical services and life-changing resources remains a priority, and the generosity of participants is the key to turning these initiatives into reality.
