Dear clients,
Starting July 21, 2025, a new feature is available in the Internet Banking application for individuals and legal entities (both web and mobile versions). This new functionality simplifies the initiation of MDL payments by automatically completing the beneficiary’s details based on the entered IBAN.
To use this option:
- Go to the Payments/Transfers Management menu → Regular Payment Beneficiaries Management;
- Click the “New” button;
- Enter a valid IBAN;
- Press the new “Retrieve Details” button – the system will automatically fetch the beneficiary’s information from the
- National Bank of Moldova's centralized database (CAS).
🔒 The fields filled in automatically cannot be modified manually to ensure the accuracy and security of the data.
If the entered IBAN is not recognized by the centralized system, the fields will remain editable and must be completed manually.
The payment will then proceed via the Payments/Transfers menu.
We recommend carefully reviewing the displayed information before confirming the payment.
