Eligibility Criteria:
- At least one pension received in the Republic of Moldova, as confirmed by documentation
- Age: maximum 68 years at the final repayment date of the loan
- Income from a pension and income from other eligible sources (verified for a period of at least 6 months) must total at least 7,000 MDL
- Pension must be received on the EXIMBANK social card (for pension)
