Program 373 is a government initiative dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and local businesses and comes to stimulate economic growth and the entrepreneurial environment, through financial support of investment projects and business expansion.
Thus, at an interest rate of only 7% in MDL and 3% in foreign currency, entrepreneurs can implement investments for a period of up to 7 years, with a grace period of up to 3 years. The interest rate difference is compensated by the state through the ODA Public Institution (Organization for the Development of Entrepreneurship).
