Notice regarding the modification of basic tarif

Dear Clients,

B.C. "EXIMBANK" S.A. informs you about the modification of the Basic Tariffs for Legal Entities.

The tariff changes pertain to the following aspects:

1. Introduction of new fees regarding disputes received by the Bank related to transactions carried out on the POS terminal installed at the merchant, specifically updating section 7.4 with:

• 7.4.4. Fee for receiving a dispute related to a transaction performed on the POS terminal installed at the merchant.
• 7.4.5. Arbitration fee in case of a dispute.

These changes will take effect starting from 04.04.2025.

The new tariffs can be accessed on the official website of the Bank, www.eximbank.com, in the Tariffs section.
