B.C. "EXIMBANK" S.A. informs you about the modification of the General Banking Terms and Conditions for Legal Entities.
The main updates to the General Banking Terms and Conditions for Legal Entities refer to changes made in Chapter II - Services Offered by the Bank, section 5. POS – Terminals, concerning the improvement of security measures through the diversification of solutions to prevent and mitigate fraud related to the use of the Bank’s POS terminals, via the POS Key Entry solution. Specifically, the following have been included/adjusted:
- General aspects related to the POS Key Entry function;
- Update of the Merchant’s Obligations;
- Drafting of the section regarding Transaction Disputes;
- Inclusion of a new sub-section referring to Limitations and Liability.
These changes will come into effect starting from 28.03.2025.
