B.C. "EXIMBANK" S.A. informs you about the update of the General Banking Conditions for individuals.

The changes affect the following sections:

• Chapter I – General provisions and scope of application of the General Banking Conditions:
  Section 1.2 – Definitions;
  Section 1.4 – Customer identification and knowledge, prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing;
• Chapter II – Services offered by the Bank:
  Section 2.3 – Payment card;
  Section 2.5 – IPAD Eximbank Service – Internet/Web Banking (Web Banking and Mobile Banking IPAD).

We invite you to consult the updated version of the document available on the Bank's official website: www.eximbank.md.

Effective dates of the new provisions:

• For new clients: starting from 12.06.2025;
• For existing clients: starting from 12.08.2025;
• The provisions of point 2.3.1.14 of the Conditions will come into force from 12.08.2025, including for new clients.
