Notice on the Update of the General Banking Conditions for Individuals

 

Dear Customers,

 

We would like to inform you that the General Banking Conditions for Individuals have been updated in connection with the entry into force, on 23 August 2026, of the provisions of Law No. 195 of 25 July 2024 on the Protection of personal data.

The amendments have been made in order to align the Bank's contractual documentation with the requirements of the new legislation and primarily concern the updating of provisions regarding the protection of personal data, as well as related provisions. In addition, other necessary amendments have been made to ensure the clarity, consistency and better understanding of the provisions of the General Banking Conditions for Individuals.

The updated General Banking Conditions for Individuals will enter into force on 23 August 2026.

The updated document will be available on the Bank's official website, in the “General Conditions” section, as well as at the branches of JSCB “EXIMBANK”, starting from 23 August 2026.
