EXIMBANK Hosts the IBD Roadshow 2026 in Chișinău

On February 26, 2026, EXIMBANK had the privilege of hosting the International Banks Division (IBD) Roadshow in Chișinău, together with PRAVEX BANK, Ukraine. The event brought together the Retail and Corporate, SME & Small Business teams to ensure strategic alignment on the Group’s 2026–2029 Business Plan.

 

The event was chaired by Ms. Paola Papanicolaou, Chief of the International Banks Division, whose presence highlighted the strategic relevance of the Moldovan and Ukrainian markets within the Division’s growth plans. Her visit further strengthened the close ties between the Group, EXIMBANK, and PRAVEX BANK.

The Roadshow gathered senior Division representatives, including Ms. Natascia Noveri (Head of IBD Retail & Wealth Management), Mr. Giuseppe Ferraro (Head of IBD Corporate, SME & Small Business) and Mr. Alessandro Dordolo (Head of IBD HR), alongside the CEO of EXIMBANK, Mr. Marco Trevisan, the CEO of PRAVEX BANK, Mr. Semen Babaiev, and members of the Bank’s management and network teams.

During the Roadshow, top achievers from both the Retail and Business segments were officially acknowledged and rewarded for their exceptional performance and remarkable contributions. Their dedication, consistent achievements, and pursuit of excellence have significantly contributed to the Bank’s overall success, setting a benchmark of high standards across the organization.

A Listening Session was also organized, during which colleagues across the Bank had the opportunity to share their insights, experiences, and ideas. By valuing every voice, we keep our decisions practical, relevant, and connected to our people.

The Roadshow highlighted strong message: let’s evolve toward a more advisory-driven bank which will be shaped by our people, above the strength and ambition to achieve remarkable accomplishments.
