Dialogue Between Generations: Yesterday’s Experience, Today’s Inspiration

We had the joy of bringing together the generations who built the foundation of our success with those who today continue to carry this story forward.

Our colleagues, pioneers of initiatives that were true milestones for the banking system, returned for a day to the EXIMBANK family and shared inspiring thoughts:

The gathering was about people and for people, about respect for the past and the strength to build the future together, creating opportunities for mutual learning.

Bank is not just about numbers, but also about stories, values, and united teams.

This initiative also marks the International Day of Older Persons (October 1) – an opportunity to celebrate the experience and contribution of those who laid the foundation for today’s success.
