Access to Lounge Key, regardless of flight class!
With Visa Signature, access to lounges becomes simpler and faster. Starting from October 1, 2024, access to the international lounges will be through a QR code generated in the Visa Airport Companion application, available both on the Play Market and the App Store. At Chisinau International Airport, this change will take effect from February 1, 2025. Until then, you will be able to enter the lounge at Chisinau International Airport by presenting your physical card.
The app also gives you essential information about your premium Visa cards, including your lounge access number and the latest airport lounge entry conditions.
To get the QR code all you have to do is download the Visa Airport Companion app, generate a QR code and scan it when you enter the lounge.
You can also get a QR code through the Visa Concierge ChatBot, available on Viber or Telegram. Access the Visa Concierge ChatBot, find the Visa Travel section and press the Lounge button.

b) via email, by sending the request from the email address provided in the Payment Account and Card Issuance Application or in the Questionnaire, to the address contact@eximbank.com;
c) by personally visiting any Branch of the Bank, with the original identity document.
PIN code renewal can only be done through card reissuance.
