How can I get a card?
A card issuance request can be submitted:
- at one of the Bank's branches;
- through Internet Banking (Eximbank Online) by selecting the “New card issuance” option in the menu.
How can I block my card in case of loss or theft?
In case of theft, loss, or compromise of the Payment Card, the Account Holder/Cardholder must urgently request the Bank to block the card using one of the following methods:
a) by calling +373 3030 1111 (Customer Support Service – available 24/7);
b) via email, by sending the request from the email address provided in the Payment Account and Card Issuance Application or in the Questionnaire, to the address contact@eximbank.com;
c) by personally visiting any Branch of the Bank, with the original identity document.
What do I need to do to close my card?
It is necessary to submit a Card/Payment Account Closure Request at any Branch of the Bank.
What should I do if the PIN code has been forgotten or lost?
In case the PIN code is lost, it is necessary to immediately contact the Call Center at +373 3030 1111, available 24/7.
PIN code renewal can only be done through card reissuance.
What steps should be taken if the card has been lost or stolen?
It is necessary to urgently block the card. Blocking can be done by calling the Customer Support Service at +373 3030 1111, available 24/7. Afterward, it is necessary to request a card reissue.
How can the transaction limits of the card be modified?
The client has the option to request changes to the transaction limits. The modification of limits for the use of Payment Cards can be requested directly at the Bank's counters by completing a request or by sending an email to contact@eximbank.com from the client's email address registered in the Bank's information system.
