Notice regarding the modification of the Basi

DEAR CUSTOMERS,

BC "EXIMBANK" S.A. informs you about the change in the Basic Rates for Legal Entities.

The changes in tariffs that have occurred relate to the following aspects:

1. Adjustment of tariffs related to SWIFT message sending services (electronic/e-mail), i.e. completion of sub-point 3.5.4. by:
Automatic sending of a copy of the SWIFT message for foreign exchange payments, daily to e-mail for transactions made on the previous day: free of charge for all legal entity customers, effective from 02.01.2025.

2. Dispersion of the commission applied for Issuance of account statements on paper, for legal entities, depending on the requested period, as follows:
The content of point is changed. 1.4 Issuance of account statements by completing subsection 1.4.2. with the text "for the period starting from 01.01.2011, inclusive" and by adding subsection new 1.4.3. on paper for the period up to 31.12.2010, inclusive, with entry into force starting from 03.03.2025.
